Individual Therapy
Individual therapy or talk therapy is an opportunity to receive support during, after, or even before a challenging time. The clients work one-on-one with the therapist to process many personal topics such as anger, depression, anxiety, marriage and relationship issues, parenting problems, school difficulties, career changes, assertiveness training, and much more.
Trauma Coaching
Trauma coaching is looking back to move forward. It liberates the client from past trauma and its impact. It creates the opportunity for a person to rebuild by reconditioning the mind through exploration, process, and creation or rebirth.
Emotional Intelligence Coaching
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy or marriage counseling is designed to help couples understand and resolve conflicts, dissatisfaction, and any problems in the relationship. In couples therapy, the relationship is the client, not the two individuals in the relationship.
Emotional intelligence (EQ) is identifying, expressing, managing, and regulating emotions. It is also the ability to identify the same feelings in others. EQ coaching provides the necessary tools to build and strengthen those EQ skills.
Wellness Coaching
Peer Consultation
Peer consultation helps other therapists by providing critical and supportive feedback to function more effectively as therapists.
Wellness Coaching is an overall mental health coaching service. It can be used to address many issues like assertiveness, anxiety, self-esteem, and many other non-clinical mental health issues.
